Can I change or edit attendance later?
Yes. You can edit any record at any time. Attendance % and trends update instantly when you make a change.
What statuses can I record?
Present, Tardy/Late, Absent (excused/unexcused), Left Early. These feed your attendance percentage and reports.
How is the attendance percentage calculated?
Default weights: Present = 100%, Tardy/Late = 80%, Excused = 50%, Unexcused = 0%. Rates update automatically.
Can I export attendance data?
Yes. Download a CSV and open it in Sheets or Excel. You can also download PDF and print clean summaries for meetings.
Can parents or students see the tracker?
No, only teachers have access. You decide when to share printable summaries. However, the Parent Portal feature available in Starter and Pro plans (see Pricing) allows you to send data to parents (see Parent Portal features).
Can I use this with multiple classes?
Yes. You can create 2 classes in Starter version and 4 classes in Pro version; each class has its own roster and reports. The free version allows 1 class.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Teachers can start free and upgrade later if they need more classes, students, and advanced options.
Does it work offline?
No, Lekktura requires an internet connection to sync your data across devices and ensure your records are always backed up safely.
